Laura Winson is a leading advocate for inclusive advertising and co-founder of Zebedee Talent, an agency championing authentic representation of disabled, visibly different, and trans and non-binary people. Since founding Zebedee in 2017 with Zoe Proctor, she has helped reshape industry standards to make inclusivity a core part of creative storytelling.
A qualified social worker, Laura brings a strong foundation in social justice to her work. Under her leadership, Zebedee has partnered with global brands like Burberry, M&S, and Primark to deliver campaigns that reflect and engage diverse audiences.
A sought-after speaker and thought leader, she has shared her insights at SXSW, Cannes Lions, and in outlets such as Vogue Business and the BBC.
