Hannah has built a dynamic career at the intersection of marketing, beauty, and advocacy. With a background in hairdressing, technology, brand strategy and a passion for people, Hannah has led impactful campaigns, shaped industry conversations, and mentored the next generation of talent.

As Co-chair of the DEI Committee at The British Beauty Council, she is committed to driving meaningful change within the beauty industry. Creator and host for the industry podcast “Future of beauty: unfiltered” streamed globally and a passionate advocate for all things beauty, she has been a candid voice in the industry for over a decade. 

Her experience spans leadership roles, public speaking, and supporting young adults & professionals as a vocal coach, reflecting a deep dedication to inclusivity, creativity, and empowerment.

Neurodivergence strategic partner

Strategic Partners work closely with the organisation to implement actionable and open-source strategies, resources, and opportunities in a specific area of business expertise. By leveraging these partnerships, the Council can help accelerate impact, break down barriers to inclusion, and create a more representative and accessible beauty sector.

Certified Accessible is a disabled-led organisation on a mission to make accessibility and neuroinclusion the standard. We create resources, training, workshops, talks, and strategic guidance to support inclusive design across products, workplaces, and education. We exist to empower consumers and employees to choose brands that prioritise accessibility and elevate those that meet the needs of disabled and neurodivergent communities.
